Aliante is one of the newest master-planned communities in the Las Vegas valley. This growing development is located in North Las Vegas, East of Decatur and I-215. Anthem is located in Henderson, about four miles from the I-215 Beltway. Anthem features several distinct neighborhoods, including Anthem Country Club, Anthem Coventry, Anthem Highlands, Sun City Anthem and Solera at Anthem. Anthem was developed by Del Webb in the late 1990s. The community is still under development, with a projected buildout of up to 13,000 homes spread across 4,755 acres. Two communities located within Anthem are age-restricted, but there are other neighborhoods within Anthem Real Estate that welcome younger families as well. Desert Shores is located near Summerlin in northwest Las Vegas. This beautiful master-planned community is built around several manmade lakes, which offer a variety of outdoor activities. Eldorado Highlands is a growing community located in North Las Vegas. The 1,080-acre master-planned community was developed by Pardee Homes, which offers a variety of home sizes and designs. When Eldorado Highlands is complete, it will be home to some 6,500 families. Schools, sports and recreational opportunities abound in the semi-rural community, which is home to two major parks. Eldorado Park, developed by Pardee and donated to the city of North Las Vegas, is adjacent to the Lee Antonello Elementary School, while the larger Seastrand Park is just across the road. Eldorado Highlands also benefits from its convenient location along the I-215 Beltway. This major thoroughfare provides easy access to all areas of the Las Vegas valley. There are more than 1,100 single-family homes and estate home sites located within Red Rock Country Club. Home prices range from $500,000 to $5 million. Features and amenities include 18 major parks and 80 neighborhood parks, two golf courses and 12 lighted tennis courts, Several lighted softball, baseball and soccer fields, swimming pools, the nearby Hills Park Amphitheater, The Summerlin Library and Performing Arts Center, The Donald W. Rhodes Ranch is a master-planned community located in the southwestern part of Las Vegas. This guard-gated community was built around the Rhodes Ranch Golf Club with some of the most exceptional home designs in the valley. Five builders in Las Vegas have created an enclave of neighborhoods at Rhodes Ranch. With this wide selection of builders, buyers are able to select from an array of sizes and designs. All residences must have one owner/occupant at least 55 years old, and there are no permanent residents under age 19. Homes here are smaller in Solera, with five single-story designs. Unlike Sun City Anthem, there is no onsite golf course, but Solera is close to the Concorde and Lexington courses at Revere well as other local courses. Tennis and bocce courts are now open, as well as the pool, spa, fitness center, computer room and club area. When complete, the 385-acre master-planned community will have approximately 1,750 homes.

Anthem residents enjoy the scenic beauty of the Black Montains, and City lights of the Valley. Towering waterfalls welcome visitors to the community. Solera at Anthem is close to shops, restaurants and businesses. Solera at Anthem offers five home designs, different than Sun City Anthem. Southern Terrace is located in the southwestern part of Las Vegas, near the I-215 Beltway. This new master-planned community was developed by Perma-Bilt Homes, which also built the popular Spanish Trail neighborhood. The community is nestled at the foot of the Spring Mountains, south of Tropicana and west of Fort Apache. Sun City MacDonald Ranch is located in Henderson. This 564-acre Pulte/Del Webb development is nestled against Black Mountain, offering scenic views in a peaceful, exclusive location. Sun City MacDonald Ranch is a sister community to Sun City Anthem, one of the valley\'s best-known retirement communities. All residences must have one occupant at least 55 years old, and no permanent residents under age 19. There are approximately 2,500 homes in the community, which caters to active seniors. There are a variety of recreational and social activities available to residents, many of whom have retired here from cities around the country. Sun City MacDonald Ranch is home to the Desert Willow Golf Course, designed by PGA Hall of Famer Billy Casper and architect Greg Nash. The 36,000-square-foot Desert Willow Community Center offers social and recreational activities, fitness facilities, a restaurant, pro shop and other amenities. The onsite Desert Willow Community Center offers a variety of amenities such as a fitness and recreation centers, indoor walking track, tennis and bocce ball, swimming, spa and whirlpool, and many other senior activities.



Sun City Summerlin is among the most popular age-restricted communities in the United States. Completed in 1999 the 2,400-acre community is home to more than 14,000 residents. All residences must have one owner/occupant at least 55 years old, and there are no permanent residents under age 19. Pro golfer Billy Casper and architect Greg Nash designed the community\'s three golf courses: The Highlands, The Palm and Eagle Crest. Other amenities include four community centers, five pools, and tennis and racquetball courts. Sun City Summerlin residents have their own shopping, dining and entertainment, including Plaza North and Plaza South. The Smiths Shopping Center and Rampart Center are found at the perimeter of Sun City Summerlin, and other retailers are located just outside the community.

Stallion Mountain is located near Sam\'s Town Hotel and Casino, just off Flamingo past Boulder Highway. Originally named Sunrise Country Club, the facility was sold in 1997 to developer Bill Walters, who renamed the club and redesigned it with an equestrian theme.
