Adjacent to Summerlin, Queensridge is a guard-gated community with a spectacularly grand entrance. Visiting Queensridge, gives one the feeling of being in Europe and certainly very far away from the reality of Las Vegas. This lovely illusion has only detached homes which start in the low 300's and progress to the mid 500's. Residents have access to a golf course, tennis courts and a community center with health and beauty spa. There are association fees, which average $1400 annually.
