Loft 5 will be a new condominium development that offers sleek, minimalist styling at the south end of Las Vegas Boulevard. There are four floor plans available, ranging from two-story lofts with 20-foot ceilings and private terraces, to single-story penthouses with private sky decks and solariums.

Loft 5 will comprise 272 units on more than 10 acres. Grand opening is slated for April 2006, with groundbreaking set for January 2005. The development will be about five miles south of the Las Vegas Strip. Interstate 15 and I-215 provide easy access to other locations in the Las Vegas valley.
