Green Valley is a master planned community located in Henderson, NV that was developed in 1978 by American Nevada Corporation. It covers 8,400 acres and has a population of over 60,000 people. Henderson Occupies the southeast corner of the Las Vegas valley. Celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2003, Henderson is now the second largest city in Nevada and one of the fastest growing places in the US. Green Valley is known as one of the first suburban communities developed away from the Strip. It is now a mix of ranch homes built in the 1970's along with new home developments.
